You opened Lovable. Now what?

Every Lovable builder hits the same three walls. Kaizan Clarity knocks all three down before you type a single character.

😤

The vague prompt problemYou type something rough. Lovable builds something half-right. You spend hours rebuilding what a better prompt would have gotten right the first time.

🤔

The wrong order problemYou don't know which features to build first or in what sequence. You add integrations too early. Everything breaks. You start over.

😫

The integration problemYou get to Stripe, Supabase, or Resend and have no idea what to do. No one told you what to connect, when, or how.

How it works

From blank page to build-ready in three steps

No technical knowledge required. Answer honestly — the more specific you are, the better your outputs.

Prepare your answers in advance for a faster, more detailed session. The more specific you are, the better your outputs.

  1. What's your app idea? Tell me what it does in 2-3 sentences, and where the idea came from — a personal problem, something you noticed, or feedback you heard?
  2. Who needs this app most? Describe the specific person — their role or situation, and the top 2-3 frustrations your app solves for them.
  3. What 3-4 features does your app absolutely need at launch? And roughly how many pages or screens do you picture?
  4. Does your app have a name yet? And how should it look and feel — think colors, mood, and any apps whose design you love. Professional or playful? Minimal or bold? Light or dark?
  5. How will this app make money? Think about who pays, how much, and how often — subscription, one-time purchase, free with premium features, or something else?
  6. Are there 1-2 apps similar to yours, or that you admire the design of? And when are you hoping to launch — ASAP, within 30 days, 90 days, or no timeline yet?
  7. Answer yes, no, or not sure for each:
    • Do users need to create accounts and log in?
    • Will it collect payments from users?
    • Does it need to send emails or notifications?
    • Will users need to send or receive SMS / text messages?
    • Will users upload photos, videos, or files?
    • Does it need maps or location features?
    • Will it use AI to generate content, answer questions, or make recommendations?
    • Do you need an admin area to manage users or content?
An interactive checklist appears — just select Yes, No, or Not Sure for each. Everything defaults to Not Sure, so only change what you know. Kaizan Clarity handles the rest.
  8. Is there anything the app should NOT do? Features you've seen in similar apps that frustrated you, or anything important to avoid?
  9. What's the moment when a user thinks "this is exactly what I needed"? Picture the first time someone successfully does the core thing your app was built for — what did they just see, do, or feel?
  10. Kaizan Clarity announces your recommended tech stack and shows a preview of your 3 build documents. Then asks one optional question: "Is there anything else relevant to your app?" — for example, "I want the app in English and Spanish." A green Generate My Plan button appears. Click it when you're ready.
