By accessing or using Kaizan Clarity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before starting a session. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Kaizan Clarity is an AI-powered intake wizard operated by Kaizan AI Studios LLC. The service guides founders through a structured 10-question session and generates three build-ready documents: a Prompt Build Sequence (with Viability Assessment), a Tech/API Integration Guide, and a Product Requirements Document (PRD).
Kaizan Clarity is designed to assist — not replace — your own judgment. The outputs are starting points for your build process, not professional legal, financial, or technical advice.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Kaizan Clarity. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
Kaizan Clarity does not currently require account creation. Access is granted via a one-time payment or beta invite code. You are responsible for keeping any access credentials confidential and for all activity conducted during your session.
Kaizan Clarity is offered at a one-time payment of $27 USD per session. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms.
Your session and document generation will be unlocked immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Kaizan Clarity session for any reason, contact us within 7 days of purchase at carol@kaizanaistudios.com and we will issue a full refund. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
The documents generated by Kaizan Clarity during your session are yours to use for your own projects. You retain full ownership of the content you provide and the outputs generated from it.
The Kaizan Clarity application, brand, design, underlying technology, and system prompts remain the exclusive intellectual property of Kaizan AI Studios LLC. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute the Kaizan Clarity platform without written permission.
Kaizan Clarity uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate output documents. While we have designed the system to produce high-quality, relevant outputs, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and adapting any generated content before use.
Kaizan AI Studios LLC makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaizan AI Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Kaizan Clarity, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your session ($27 USD).
Kaizan Clarity is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Georgia.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of Kaizan Clarity after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
